Are formed as necessary for special projects, for example the publishing of Framfari.

THE CHAPTER MEETS:
- Approximately 4 times a year at Betel Home, date and time decided by membership
- The annual meeting is held in May following the INL Convention

A NEWSLETTER is sent to members 3 or 4 times a year.

- Host, co-ordinate or participate in cultural activities in the community
- Host visitors from Iceland, both individuals and groups

• Evergreen Festival of the Arts
• Icelandic Culture and Language Camp
• Icelandic National League
• Social event for Betel residents
• Jolatré Skemtunn
• From time to time offer classes related to our culture and heritage
• "Walk To The Rock"

Other projects are undertaken or supported as deemed worthy by the membership.

The Gimli chapter's relationship with the League is through:

• The Presidents ex-officio membership at all INL Executive meetings

• The President's full membership at all INL Board meetings

• Delegates participation and voting at the INL Conventions

• Annual membership fee and financial support of the INL
