INLNA Convention May 11-13, 2023
at the Banff Centre for arts and creativity in Alberta, Canada
The annual INLNA convention is a chance for member clubs, chapters, associates and affiliates, and friends and family to gather to celebrate our shared love of Icelandic heritage, culture, and language. Since its founding in 1919, the INLNA has held over one hundred conventions, bringing together Icelandic communities across Canada, the United States, and Iceland. This annual celebration varies but can include guest speakers, family reunions, musical performances, film screenings, and of course, the Annual General Meeting of the INLNA organization. The 2023 convention was hosted by the INLNA member club, the Leif Eiriksson Icelandic Club of Calgary.
