In Recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and the 150th Anniversary of the founding of Nýja Ísland, the INLNA is honored to host author, lawyer and mediator Glenn Sigurdson and Professor Niigaan Sinclair, Anishinaabe writer, editor and activist to share stories of how the indigenous peoples aided and guided those first settlers and what we can do today to honour this special friendship.
